6 Things to Do to Reduce Migraines

Real causes of migraine are not known yet, despite the fact research have been conducted in this field. This is why there is no medical treatment for migraines. Still, there are a number of things we can do to make migraine pain less severe and less frequent.

- Relax: stress is a powerful enemy of the body: the heart beats more often, air is not properly circulating, and cells are not getting enough oxygen. - Water is vital for human body. Drinking good, clean water will provide the cells more oxygen and will help the body eliminate toxins and keep it in a good shape. It is said we must drink about 2 liters of water daily. Many common illnesses are not real, they are only signs the body desperately needs water. Do you drink many soda pops daily? Replace it with many glasses of clean water and you will feel better in only 2-3 days.

Are these things hard to put into practice? No, they are not. They are simple things, but if you take care of these, you will experience a better shape for your body and a better shape for your mind. Types of Migraine

Major causes of this disease are viruses, bio-chemical substances, hormones, bacteria. Sensitivity to pain and headaches may be genetic. Insufficient serotonin is also an important factor.

There are 4 types of headache. It is important to know what shape affects you, because the treatment should be stability depending on the form of pain.

-type migraine headache: (seems to) affects only one side of the head, is very severe, can lead to the affected person unable to perform any activity in May, is accompanied by other symptoms: pain in eye movements, sensation nausea and even vomiting, photosensitivity.

Bunch-type pain: is severe and occurs suddenly, although it is of shorter duration, the pain may leave and return several times during the day.

-triggered by sinus headache from different cause: irritation of sinus, sinus infections, etc. Given its nature, this pain is often confused with “classic” migraine.
-type migraine "rebound" occurs in a waiver of certain drugs, abuse of drugs can cause this type of headache.
